china everbright becomes a member of china mergers & acquisitions association with ceo mr. chen shuang as vice chairman of hong kong branch office

china everbright has officially become a member of china mergers & acquisitions association (cmaa) following discussion by cmaa’s board of executive directors. mr. chen shuang, ceo of china everbright, will act as an executive director of cmaa and vice chairman of the association’s hong kong branch, and will be entitled to the rights and required to fulfill the obligations of executive directorship. china everbright shall enjoy the rights and interests under cmaa’s terms of services for membership. the resolution shall take effect upon completion of enrolment procedures. 
 
cmaa is a non-profit, non-governmental organization administrated by the all-china federation of industry and commerce (acfic). founded in september 2004, the cmaa is headquartered in beijing with branch offices in hong kong, shanghai and shenzhen.
