in january 2016, china everbright limited (“cel”, stock code: 165.hk) received the “happy company” logo for two consecutive years which was presented by the hong kong productivity council and promoting happiness index foundation. to further introducing cel’s corporate culture, the human resources & corporate administration department has been interviewed by happy post and shared the own view on how to maintain a “happy workplace”.
hr & ca department expressed: “we truly believe employees are the most important assets of our company. we have been committed to nurturing a caring corporate culture and respecting our employees, as well as creating a happy working environment. our department also aims to enhance a cheerful working atmosphere and maintain a harmonious working relationship in order to improve our employee’s happiness level, so as to encourage them to maintain a proactive, positive and progressive working attitude.”
“happy workplace” project aims to promote the concept of happiness-at-work among companies, encourage the development of ‘corporate love’, ‘corporate insight’, ‘corporate fortitude’ and ‘corporate engagement’ and raise the happiness-at-work level of the workforce.
