introduction

established in 1990, china everbright assets management limited (“ceaml”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of china everbright limited (“everbright”, stock code: 0165.hk). as one of the core pillar of everbright‘s cross border asset management business, ceaml primarily focuses on providing investment management and advisory services for public and private investment in fixed income and public equity. ceaml (sfc ce no. agc028) is licensed by hong kong securities & futures commission to conduct business in these regulated activities: dealing in securities (type 1), advising on securities (type 4) and asset management (type 9). as of december 31st, 2020, ceaml has 22 funds and managed accounts, which collectively manages hk$ 22 billion assets.
